Eligibility for, and approval of, the compassionate release of superannuation is determined solely by the ATO and your superannuation fund. We help prepare and organise your application, but we cannot and do not guarantee any outcome. Accessing super early is taxed, reduces your retirement savings, and is intended as a last resort.
